On-site built bathrooms can take from 6 to 12 weeks to complete requiring multiple trades and extensive site management. Most of the time, from 6 to 8 Recon Modul steel-framed bathroom pods can be offloaded on-site in two hours for quick installation.

Moreover, site-based bathroom construction requires different trades and up to 17 additional operations and additional drying time. With Recon Modul, this process is reduced to a single supplier, which means less risk of delays and simplified procurement.

By moving bathroom construction into a controlled factory environment can be saved approximately 20 weeks on a large residential project. It means a faster return on investment for the developer, less risk for the contractor, earlier occupation for the client.

PRODUCTION

The 4th stage is in accordance with the required bathroom pods and delivery dates. Production processes are completed off-site in our factory in accordance to the high quality standards.
